How long does the first visit take?

Because we want to listen, assess, and personalize your path forward, plan for up to 60 minutes (with paperwork pre-completed). We’ll walk you through every step so you know exactly what to expect. This first appointment is longer because it includes the initial consultation, exam, and x-rays.

Do I have to have a lot of treatments?

Each person is unique. After your exam, we’ll craft a plan tailored to your needs, always with your goals in mind. Your treatment schedule will depend on what your doctor finds during that initial exam.

Our goal? Get you out of pain as quickly as safely possible and then keep you well. If you ever feel uncomfortable or unsure, we’ll adjust your plan.

Do I have to get x-rays?

Sometimes yes, but only when necessary. X-rays help us see beneath what you feel. to catch hidden issues and prevent surprises. But if your case doesn’t require imaging, we’ll discuss that option too. You’re in control.

How is work comp handled?

Make sure you have done the following:

1. Reported the incident to your employer.
2. Your employer has opened a claim for you.
3. Get your claim number and adjuster's name.

With work comp, we will need prior-authorization before you are seen. Call to get us this information and we will get it to our billing department ASAP so you can get seen as soon as possible.

How much does it cost?

Costs vary depending on your insurance. To remove guesswork, call us with your plan info. We’ll clarify your out-of-pocket portion before you step foot in our office.

If insurance does not cover the exam and x-rays, we do have a new patient special of $20 for the exam and $20 for x-rays.

Can children receive chiropractic care?

Absolutely. Gentle techniques and child-safe adjustments are part of what we do. We’ve seen improvements in colic, digestion, posture, crawling, walking, and more. If your child is hesitant, we go at their pace and explain everything along the way.

Can I be seen if I'm pregnant?

Yes.... safely and supportively! We specialize in prenatal chiropractic through all stages: before, during & after. We’ll coordinate with your OB or midwife so care complements your overall health plan.
