What to Expect

We want you to have the best experience at our clinic, so here is what you can expect from your first couple appointments.

Your First Appointment

Patient Forms

When you arrive at our office, our Chiropractic Assistants will greet you and make you feel at home. You’ll be asked to complete patient forms if you haven’t already via text. These forms provide essential details about your health history and current condition, helping us understand your unique needs.

Consultation

Your first visit includes a one-on-one consultation with your doctor. During this time, you’ll discuss your health concerns, goals, and potential treatment options. This conversation helps your doctor get to know you better and determine how chiropractic care can help you achieve your desired outcomes.

X-Ray Studies

We recommend taking X-rays for all new patients. X-rays allow us to see the full picture of your spinal health and create a precise, tailored treatment plan. They also help identify any serious conditions. Many patients find it fascinating to see their X-rays and often recognize their own misalignments or areas of degeneration.

Examination

Following the consultation, your doctor will perform a thorough chiropractic examination. This includes assessing your reflexes, flexibility, and posture, as well as conducting neurological, orthopedic, and physical tests.

Your Second Appointment

Report of Findings

At your second visit, your doctor will review the results of your examination, health history, and X-rays. You’ll receive a detailed explanation of your spinal health, along with answers to important questions such as:

  • What are the findings about my condition?
  • How can chiropractic care help me?
  • How frequently will I need treatment?
  • What will my treatment cost?

Your doctor will also discuss a personalized care plan and let you know if your condition requires collaboration with other healthcare providers. Our team is dedicated to recommending the best treatment and wellness plan for your needs.

Treatment

At the end of this visit, you’ll receive your first treatment. This could include spinal adjustments, physical therapy, or other supportive therapies. Treatment is a collaborative process, and we encourage you to share any preferences or concerns throughout.

Wellness Program

After completing your initial treatment plan, we’ll guide you toward a long-term wellness program. For many patients, this involves a monthly visit, but your plan will be tailored to your specific needs. Our goal is to help you maintain optimal spinal health, a balanced diet, regular exercise, and a positive mental outlook.

Our focus is on supporting you every step of the way to achieve your health and wellness goals. Welcome to our family!
